To support members of the community who have taken the critical step of seeking or continuing treatment for substance use/addiction and mental health issues, we are pleased to announce our Recovery Grants program for 2023. Thanks to your amazing support up to this point, we are currently earmarking a minimum of $10,000 for the grants. Contingent upon assessment and approval, needs-based Recovery Grant funding will be disbursed directly to certified programs, service providers, or insurers on behalf of grant recipients.

FindTreatment.gov offers a comprehensive list, easily searched by zip code, of certified substance use and mental health treatment facilities, opioid treatment programs, buprenorphine practitioners, and healthcare centers across the United States. We've tried many different search tools and have found this one provides accurate, up-to-date listings. It's a great starting point if you're feeling overwhelmed and seeking resources to start your journey.

Resilience on the Road is a living resource to foster and sustain mental and physical wellness among music professionals on the road. MusiCares believes that fostering resilience on the road requires four core elements: access to resources and information to make informed choices about physical and mental wellness; affordable and timely mental health support; accessible and high-quality medical and physical wellness; and an underpinning of an empathetic and compassionate community on tour.
For people who use drugs or have in the past, stigma is a barrier to a wide range of opportunities and rights. This is especially true for individuals from marginalized communities, as they have been historically the target of militant drug policies that focused on buttressing racial inequity and feeding carceral systems.
